Q. The product I have purchased/want to purchase is not listed in your “Qualifying Products” list. Is it eligible for the promotion?
Unfortunately only products listed on the Qualifying Products section of this website are eligible for the promotion.
Q. I did not submit my online claim within 60 days of my purchase date, can I still take part?
We must have received your online claim(s) within 60 days of your purchase date. All claims received after this period will not be accepted and be deemed invalid.
Q. How many times can I take part in this promotion?
You can submit up to three online claims during the dates of the promotion and are permitted to claim cashback once per qualifying purchase. No multiple claims for the same lens model allowed.
Q. Can I claim for more than 10 products?
A maximum of 3 claims per person can be accepted during the promotional period. Each claim will only be accepted if they do not include the same model as previous claims. In total up to 10 individual qualifying products can be claimed.
Q. What do I need to upload during the claim form?

During the claim form you will be asked to upload the following documents:

  1. Proof of Purchase in the form of invoice or receipt clearly showing the date, retailer and Qualifying Product
  2. A picture of the serial number of your Qualifying Product affixed to the box or product packaging
  3. For online purchases the delivery note will also be required, clearly showing the product and date.
Q. How can I upload my purchase invoice/receipt?

During the claim form you will be asked to upload your purchase invoice or receipt.

If you purchased online please take a screenshot of the purchase receipt and paste it into Microsoft Word (save as PDF) or Microsoft Paint (save as JPEG).

If you have a physical copy of the purchase receipt you can either:

  • Take a photo of it on your smart phone, tablet or digital camera and transfer it to the computer you are claiming from.
  • Scan it into your computer using a scanner.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my reward?
Provided your claim is successful, you will receive your cashback within 14 calendar days of claim validation into your nominated bank account.
